If the normal range for intraocular pressure is between 10 and 22 mm Hg, than what proportion of the general population would fall within this range?

P(X < 10.0) = P((x - 16) / 3.2) < (10.0 - 16) / 3.2) = P(Z < -1.88) = 0.0304
P(X < 22.0) = P((x - 16) / 3.2) < (22.0 - 16) / 3.2) = P(Z < 1.88) = 0.9696
P(10.0 < x < 22.0) = 0.9696 - 0.0304 = 0.9392
