No. Walmart uses w2express.com to distribute their online W2's to active employees if they gave consent to receive their W2 online rather then a paper version. If you were terminated, you will automatically get your W2 in the mail at home at the last address they had on file. If you moved, you need to call the store and give them your new address so they can forward it to you once it comes back.

I left Walmart. And they mailed me my W2 form. My only question is, i worked at one Walmart for 3 months while i was pregnant and left due to complications. Then after i had my child i went back. I left that one too. Since Walmart is a very big cooperation, would i be getting 1 W2 form...or two of them? Again they are separate Walmart, but its Walmart all the same...

I worked at Walmart for almost a year and I am now having trouble getting my W2 s. I quit because of how badly they treated us. So I really do not want to go back there for any reason.

I don't know about Walmart but, my employer uses paylocity and you can access your w2's there even after you quit or get fired. I've even talked to people who have com from other employers and found that when they logged in the information from their last employer was also on there. I think it depends on how their system is set up.

I'm on the same boat here. I worked at Walmart for about two months and then transferred to another grocery store which offered almost $3/hr more for the same work. I wasn't at Walmart long enough to get online access so I'm waiting to see if it comes in the mail. I'll give it another week before I step back in that place again. *shudders*

I had the same exact question. I would rather not have to call them or go back into that building. I quit for a reason. They treat their employees like garbage and I had enough... the last thing I want to do is to visit them or talk to them if I don't have to since they're awful. My managers were literally the spawn of satan. When I worked for them in 2014, they sent the form to me (2015) in the mail and didn't even give me the opportunity to do it online. So that probably means I have to go back in for this years. Bleh.

You're in luck because you should be able to go online and download a copy of your W-2 from Walmart

I went to the w2express.com website and logged in with the 10108, my social security number and then the pin I created when I first logged into that site and it let me print out the w2 no hassle and I haven't worked there since November 3rd, 2014. :D Good luck in getting your w2 from the site.
