Any implantation / pregnancy outside of the uterus is considered an ectopic pregnancy. It is more common for it to happen in the fallopian tubes (Tubal Ectopic Pregnancy), but it can happen in other locations such as the cervix which would be a Cervical Ectopic Pregnancy.

I have never seen something more "medical terminology" than Cervical Ectopic Pregnancy - why don't you ask your teacher or look it up in your text book? YA is for lay people not medical professionals.
