Is it okay to meet someone you met online?
i met this guy online and have been talking to him for a while and i really like him. I'm 14 and he is 16 he lives away from where i do but not too far, i know there are a lot of perves online but im 100% sure he is genuin. I'm quite a sensible person so i wouldn't do anything stupid, so if i did meet him, where would it be? who would i go with? when? please help. xx

Meet in a shopping centre or something just to make sure.
You may think you are 100% sure, but it can only be 99% if you don't know him in person.

Tell your parents and ask them to go with you to meet him. You are too young to meet anyone online alone and your parents need to be involved. You think you know what you are doing and that you can trust him, but so did every girl who has ever been raped or killed by someone they met online. You need to use common sense and be cautious.

Have him come to your town on a friday night at the movies or something in case of who he isnt then theres lots of people around
