I have a few extra pounds that i would like to have, on my belly and thighs especially what sort of excersize should i do to tone up a little? or what type of things should i eat? how long should i excersize for each day? thanks.

i met this guy online and have been talking to him for a while and i really like him. I'm 14 and he is 16 he lives away from where i do but not too far, i know there are a lot of perves online but im 100% sure he is genuin. I'm quite a sensible person so i wouldn't do anything stupid, so if i did meet him, where would it be? who would i go with? when? please help. xx

i like this boy i sit next to him in 1 of my lessons and he is in another lesson and 1 day he looked across the room at me and and i smiled then we both looked away! :L hes really funny i really want him to like me but i dont know if he does there is this other girl thats really skinny and she flirts with everyone but im not like that i dont talk to him much but i realy do like him, well i think so anyway im not used to things like this! what do you think? :) im 14 :) xxxxxxxxxxx
