what exercise should i do?

I have a few extra pounds that i would like to have, on my belly and thighs especially what sort of excersize should i do to tone up a little? or what type of things should i eat? how long should i excersize for each day? thanks.

    To Get Your Self Fit:

    20-25 push up's a day

    30 sit ups a day

    Eat foods with low fat (Salads, Yogurt, Fruits, Veggies)

    Drink plenty of water.

    If you know how to do Lunges and Squats, those will help your butt and thighs. Don't do 2 many or you will end up building muscle instead of toning them.
