Does the progress to make in games on an iTouch 4g save the progress on the iTouch or onto iTunes?
My iPod Touch 4g cracked, but thankfully, due to a warranty, I'm getting another one to replace it (and getting a protective case). Will the progress I've made in some of the games be there when I just sync my new iPod? If not, is there a way to back up my progress?
clarification: not talking about the games themselves. I mean what I've done in them, like how far ive gotten into them.

basically plug the iPod touch into iTunes. the two perfect click the iPod touch under contraptions & pick flow Purchases or Sync the iPod touch. the two way the song you purchased on the iPod touch will flow to the laptop.
