Would walking and jogging for 45 minutes help me lose weight?
I started walking and jogging 2 and a half weeks ago for 45 to an hour a day. I think I have seen improvements in my body. I have lost probably 5 pounds. Is a little but I want to lose more weight. I am kinda overweigth. I walk for 3 minutes then jog for 2 to 3 minutes and then again walk for 3 mins and jog again for 2to3 mins. Is this okay? what else can I add to loose more weight, I try running but is hard. Should I also exercise for 30 more mins, Or my workout routine is fine?
Thanks.

Walk for 45 minutes a day. The reason we're suggesting 45 minutes instead of the typical 30 is that a Duke University study found that while 30 minutes of daily walking is enough to prevent weight gain in most relatively sedentary people, exercise beyond 30 minutes results in weight and fat loss. Burning an additional 300 calories a day with three miles of brisk walking (45 minutes should do it) could help you lose 30 pounds in a year without even changing how much you're eating.

you have a very good workout routine! the more you put in, the easier it will get. I would recommend at least 45 minutes. If you can go longer, by all means, go for it. You should also try running for more time, even if you slow your pace. The longer you push, the better workout you get. If you are already going slow, reduce your 3 minute break by up to a minute. Also, if you have a stationary bike, you could put in some time on that. It will take stress off your legs and knees and it is still a good workout. I put mine in front of my TV. If I am too lazy to work out, I go on the stationary bike during commercials, or do intervals like what you do for running.

Any activity requires energy, so walking and jogging for 45 minutes would probably burn the energy that two donuts might provide.
It also depends how fast you jog and if it is on sand or street. You burn more on sand, then grass, then solid.

I've read that its incouraged to walk & then jog & repeat like you're doing, it helps turn up your metabolism. Its also suggested that you eat smaller meals more times a day to keep your metabolism going. You're doing great & should continue at that pace until you feel like you can increase the time of excersing & then keep increasing every so often, but you should keep going at what you're comfortably with so you dont give up or get tired to easily.

Hi,
I am Areana from Germany and 2 years back I was hopeless as you are now. A good figure is one of the most imp part of a girls's life. Few years back I was like having literally a huge body with 3 tyres in my belly. It was always a matter of dis-appointment when I see a good looking boy dating a good figures girl. I felt jealous.
After a hell lot of trying trying and trying various pills and dietary plans I found a precisely what I was looking for years. I paid only the handling charge for he first bottle so I bought it as this was cheap as hell @ https://tr.im/yKRk5 I almost feel like I have a new lease on life. After 2 monnths I loost 27 lbs andits like a miracle to me. Thanks to allmighty god for getting my life back.
