Good tips to tone up your abs without use of a gym?

I wanna tone up my abs and chest without using a gym. Anyone wanna give me some idea's?

    You don't need a gym to become fit and muscular. Scooby is the closest thing on the web to a personal trainer which does cost anything, isn't trying to sell you anything, and will train you at home and on the cheap. Check him out. He's fun to watch, has good advice, has been where you want to go, and will answer most of your questions if you watch all of his videos and use his website.

    Trying to lose weigh and keeping it off is a lifestyle. Why lose all that weigh just to gain it back. Keeping it of it what makes a lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle, choosing what you eat and how your body processes it is very important. Since everyones metabolism is different. However there are basics and guidelines which for the most part are the obvious. Combining Good exercise regimen and eating habits will get you to your goal and will allow you to keep it of if done right.
