Should I serve Ciabbata or Challah bread?

    I like Challah, but Ciabbata might be better with Split Pea soup because its hearty and chewy which goes well with thick soups. Might I also suggest sourdough or rye?

    Ciabbata and rub it with olive oil and garlic and make croutons out of them parmesan on top
