Do men always have an erection when they make out?

i doubt that someone in a kissing scene of a movie is that aroused. The scene is stopped multiple times and then edited to look like it is seamless. There are people constantly screaming in the background telling actors and actresses to do this or do that or turn this way -- a couple seconds in they cut and move to another camera angle to do things again. It is nothing like what would happen to someone in real life. A mere kiss isn't likely to arouse someone, but there is a good chance that heavier prolonged kissing will -- because it IS sexually stimulating. I wouldn't say a man always has an erection when they are snogging their significant other, but there it isn't abnormal if they have one a good bit of the time.

Having an attractive women's body on us, is going to arouse us, end of story.
