to win, it must win 3 games of which the last must be a W
of the preceding games,
2 wins, 0 loss: 2c2 = 1 way
2 wins, 1 loss: 3c2 = 2 ways
2 wins, 2 losses: 4c2 = 6 ways
ways for A to win: 9
ways for A or B to win: 18 <---------
