Suppose that the minimum wage is $8 (as it is in some states). Does that mean that each worker must receive $8 in cash for each hour they work, or does that mean they have to receive $8 in total benefits. Can the employer give them some benefit worth $1 an hour and pay $7 cash?

Can a house with a unique address deny delivery from the postal service, or does the post office deliver to each and every address in the United States?

I'm a guy. there's this girl. we were supposed to do something but she flaked because she would be too busy hanging out with someone else:

"It's not that I don't want to hang out with it's just that andrea asked me before you did and it's not nice of me to cancel on her. I thought I could do both but I can't. I really enjoy hanging out with you and I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier"

"I'm just saying that if I wanted to spend time with someone, id find a way."

I believe that a person's actions speak louder than their words so I haven't contacted her since because I think what she did was wrong. She hasn't contacted me either and it doesn't look like she will. Just curious on what you all think.

My question is in regards to video quality. Will I get better video quality using a vcr/external tuner and using rca cables to hook up to video inputs on my computer compared to hooking the coaxial cable straight into the computer?

To clarify:

Option 1) coaxial cable>vcr>rca>video input jack on computer

Option 2)coaxial cable>coax input on computer

Which will get better video quality or will it make a difference at all? Thanks

For example, when I hook up my computer to a network via an ethernet cable, apparently the "network" can identify my operating system. Is there any way to fake an operating system so that the network thinks I'm running say linux when I'm really running windows?

I want to put music on it. What is a good program for pc's that I can use to organize my music and create playlists and then sync to my phone. I want a program that will allow me to create playlists on the computer and then sync them to the phone. Btw, I have iTunes but to my knowledge, iTunes playlists cannot be synced to android phones.
