Can anyone tell me how to convert normal stethoscope sound into analog voltage? is electret microphone a good option? if so, then which one exactly? because that microphone must be suitable for <100hz sound. Please give me some idea.

With electret microphone the biasing charge will be time dependent, then you should loose sensitivity little by little.

To convert your signal into analog voltage, you can use a charge sensitive preamplifier followed by a filter.

All depends on the accuracy required
