if you are looking for a temporary solution , pl try gargling with salt water and press salt on the swollen part of the gums for a few seconds or you can try oragel or clove oil

oraMD both toothpaste and mouthwash will help in decreasing gum swelling.
but you need to find the cause of gum swelling and treat it.
