How to make Chips/Fries using a fan-forced oven?

Just moved house and have never used a fan-forced oven before. I know how to cook regular things, but I want to make my own homemade chips. What sort of temprature should I put it on for a fan-forced oven and how long for?

Update:

Let me just add that when I say HOMEMADE chips! I mean made from scratch not from a packet!

This is my fail safe method it produces the best chips I have tasted

Using maurice piper potatoes, wash and peel them and slice them into your desired chip size.

Then put them in a saucepan and cover them with cold water and add a good pinch of salt (this is important)

Bring them to the boil and let them simmer for 2 minutes, no longer.

In the meantime get an oven dish with some vegetable oil to cover the bottom and heat it in the over at 195C (for a fan or 200 for non fan)

When the chips have boiled for 2 mins drain the water and sit them back on the heat for 30 seconds to steam off. Now carefully add them to the oven dish (spoon them in) and turn them a little to coat with the oil.

Cook them for around 20 minutes in the top of the oven turning once halfway through, you will know when cooked as they will be browned to your liking.

When cooked drain off in a sieve or collander and serve at once.

place them on foil and have them at a heat ( imagine a clock as the dial on the oven turn is to say 20 Min's past ) leave them for around 30-40 Min's checking and turning once.
