Why won't my cell phone charge?
So a couple days ago, my charger got damaged so I had to order a new one online. In the meantime, I looked online to see if there was any way I could charge my phone without a charger. I found one method in which I used an old USB cord that I had, I had to cut the cord open, and take the casing on come of the wires and connect to the battery, Did did not charge the phone, but it did allow me to use the phone while connected to the computer. Now, I got my new charger and it won't charge my phone. The phone only comes when I have the USB connected to the computer, and even then when I try to charge it, as soon I remove the USB it goes off.
Does anyone have any idea why this happening? and How I can fix it.
