So a couple days ago, my charger got damaged so I had to order a new one online. In the meantime, I looked online to see if there was any way I could charge my phone without a charger. I found one method in which I used an old USB cord that I had, I had to cut the cord open, and take the casing on come of the wires and connect to the battery, Did did not charge the phone, but it did allow me to use the phone while connected to the computer. Now, I got my new charger and it won't charge my phone. The phone only comes when I have the USB connected to the computer, and even then when I try to charge it, as soon I remove the USB it goes off.

Does anyone have any idea why this happening? and How I can fix it.

I have a long list of sequences eg ARTLSSSS, LTTSAVA, LLTS,( thousands) that i need to use in the calculation. Instead of having to do it one, by one. Is there a way I can create a long list liek for eg

SRVAL, is there a program I can write or use to make the determination as 20%polar, 20%basic and 60% non-polar.

I have perl installed on my computer, but I have no idea how to use it. Is there other programming software less complicated than perl, that I can use to write a program.

I downloaded one version and I entered the product key, and it wasn't correct. Now i have downloaded it again, and then when I try to activate it there are two options , internet or phone. when i click internet option it automatically tries to use the old product key that I entered, how can i get to enter the new correct product key. nothing seems to be working
