Why do I lag out from xbox live?
When I connect to a server in Boston my ping is usually around 60. I also have a download speed of about 20 mb/s and a upload speed of around 7 Mb/s yet I still constantly lag out and I can't figure out why. Is this within the recommended internet quality for xbox live and, if so, does it me my internet provider is just dropping connection on me constantly. Even when I played Runescape like 5 yrs ago I still lagged extremely badly...

call your ISP bcuz i have 2MBPS only and I only get like .50 Mbps when i try it at : http://speedtest.net/ and I get pretty good connection on BF:BC2 and Medal of Honor 2010
