Butchery?? Fun hobby?
Hey, I am thinking of picking up butchery as a hobby. I know that the most common way is from on the job training or apprentaceships. I am not currently looking to make butchery my career, but I would like to learn cuts And practice them. Are there any lessons / certification around? Location Is ca. Thanks, have a good day. Not sure if you have any experience as a butcher but cutting an expencive slice of meat is pleasuring. Also why I asked this question was because I am wondering about something such as a sertification(fast) or else I would just do on the job traning at any local hiring store

butchery isnt really a hobby... unless your a serial killer... go to a chef school if you want to be a butcher
