don't know what to think...can you help me?

so about 3 months ago i was at school and i was checking my e-mail and i saw that i got a e-mail from my self titled 'we are watching you" i opened it and it was a death threat from someone who called them self's the "organization" here is the exact copy of the e-mail 

hello,
i feel that you should know that we are now officially watching you. We are known merely as "The Organization" and we will now hunt you down and systematically dismantle everything that you know and love. We are aware of your location at all times, we know your habits as well as your passwords. We know YOU. You can not hide from us. We do not forgive and we do not forget. We will be watching you. 

yeah i know so i showed some friends at school and they freaked out like i did and told me to tell someone so when i went home i told my mom and she didnt take it that serious she said that it was just some people playing. i kinda know its a joke but i still wonder about it. since i got that e-mail i  changed all of my passwords and i havent gotten abother e-mail back but i keep having nightmares that the "organization" is comeing to kill me and i wake up in a sweat and have a creepy feeling that someone is watching me and ive also gotten a few phone calls to my house from a number that dosent show up on my caller id and when you answer it it just hangs up. so i dont know what to do i keep on thinking that someone is gonna get me every time i turn a corner i dont know what to do...do ou think its all in my head and its a joke? do you have any advice for me?

It's a joke, but the dreams r horrible, tell urself ova and ova that the email means nothing, it mightwork!!

shhiiii me ima ex gang banger, for me i'd try to find out. i would hunt them down first before they hunt you. me ima mob soulja strait up. they be on that funk town bizness then im bout that body bag em breh. they talk real sleezy, hadnt been done so much work for my set breh. shhiii if you was my homegirl, i be really duin damage on bruhs makin em look hella bad fo they situation. on mommaz boi, whos ever wrote that too you is just making fun of you. they tryna turn you down, but you gotta use that as a way to fuel your pride, love yoself cuh i had a homie who jus lost it bruh. he hanged himself, & left a note to his gf and his fam. you need some juice, some aggression if you want those muthafkers to stop what they duin to ya. im rude boy mobbin, aint no foo gon disrespect me like that tho homie. strait gassin ****. i got the fire & the power. got em jumpin like there spiders in the shower...
