I got the mirena iud inserted a few weeks ago and since then i have had no period just some spotting and random cramps that come and go that are pretty sever they only last for a few seconds and my nipples are very tender and sore i want to know if this is normal could i be pregnant i haven't took a pregnancy test yet...and when i got it inserted me and my boyfriend had sex the next day i dont know how long you were supposed to wait after you get it inserted until its effective

I work at a hospital so i work crazy hours and dont get enough sleep and of cource i come in contact with patients that are sick and lately i feel that my immune system has been taken a tole on so i want to take some sort of daily multi vitamin to help boost my immune system and just to benefit my body all together got any ideas?

I got the depo vera shot about a month and a half ago and hate it im experiencing non stop spotting and just want to get off of it plus i found out that one of the other medications im taking for migraines topamax neutralize the depo vera and doesn't even prevent against pregnancy something my ob/gyn forgot to mention. My other doctor said the only birth control that the topamax wont neutralize is an iud so i was wondering if i could switch my birth control over to the iud even tho my 3 months isnt up on the depo vera.

im taking the generic brand of topamax, topiramate for migraines and had some questions about it. like weight loss and the side affects. ive been on it for about 2 -2 1/2 months and im slowly making my way up to the full dosage witch is 200mg a day, next week i will be on my full dosage and i don't have a scale at my house but i don't think ive loss any weight someone did tell me the other day that it looked like i had been losing weight so maybe i have been i just don't know it. but the other thing is that im having seeing problems its hard to explain but its like im seeing things.

if you are taking topamax how long did it take you to lose weight and what other side affects did you experienced?

My ipod is jailbroken for some time now and I was adding a video walpaper to my background and it was loading it on there and when it went back to the lock screen I put my code in and then it froze on my home screen and the new walpaper wasn't there I re start it and it still freezes on the home screen if I hit an app after 3min it will open the app but I'm not able to get to my winterboard app on the 3rd page of my ipod if I was able to get to my winterboard app I could disable the walpaper and then it would be find but I cant get to it... if I try to get a new one from apple will they even let me get a new one because the one I have now is jailbroken?

for example when i get a message from yahoo saying that my answer has been selected best answer and to view the question "click here" well i try to click there and nothing happens my computer just freezes up for a while...i know its a link because its blue and underlined and its like this for all of my e-mails its really annoying especially if i want to reply to a message a yahoo user sent me and i cant because i have to click a link to reply to them and it wont work

i have an acer aspire one d255 notebook and i want to know if it is compayible with itunes or not i just tryed to download itunes and an error sign popped up when it was done loading it really didnt say anything just a bunch of numbers and pound signs. i have a home computer that has itunes on it that i use for my itouch but i want to get itunes on my notebook so i dont have to wait forever for my home computer to start up just to get a song, so do you think its compatible or not?
