Migraines, dizziness, near passing out? ?
I have been having daily migraines, usually during late morning to early afternoon. I've tried eating, not eating, eating different types of foods, etc. Nothing helps. They are always on my right side, around and behind my eye, that temple, and across the top of my brain on that side. Or so it feels.. My vision on that side gets extremely blurry and I sometimes see stars.
Also, I've been frequently (meaning at least once to twice a day/evening) feeling very dizzy and as if I may pass out. A few times I have come close, like I'll almost fall out and then snap out of it. These sometimes are during a migraine, and sometimes not. These too cause me to see stars at times.
Medical specifics:
Hypothyroidism, taking .125 mcg levothyroxine to level this
Check blood sugar regularly, and at different times. It's always fine, between 90 and 135ish.
Total cholesterol 214, bad cholesterol 146
No other things I can think of. I've been diagnosed with steatohepatitis about 4-5 years ago after elevated liver enzyme levels, lost 30 pounds and that's been normal ever since. (total weight lost is now 45 lbs)
I'm a 27 year old female, 5'9, and now weight around 210. I have a very busy, physical job, so I do alot of walking, lifting, climbing, etc daily. (I do inventory management)
I've had EKG and holter test on heart this month, both came out normal. Doctor is sending me this week for EEG to rule out seizures.
Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing my migraines and dizziness/near passing out?? It's literally driving me insane and I have to find a solution so I can have peace!

Your problems are caused by tight neck muscles. When your neck muscles are tight they restrict everything going in and out of your head, including the blood. When there is a reduced blood flow to the brain you will also end up with a lowered oxygen level there. You will know when your oxygen level has dropped by feeling very tired. If the level drops more you will get dizzy, light headed. If the level drops more you will pass out. Your neck muscles go to the top of your head for its movements. When the muscles are tight there they pull on other muscles that go around your head and when they get tight and go into pain you have your headache. Migraines are tighter pinched muscles that include other parts, such as the eyes. Those problems happen because the nerves for your eyes go to the back of your head, passing right by the neck muscles. When the neck muscles are tight they press into the nerves for your eyes to give you pains on the back of your eyeballs. When there is more pressure the pupils dilate to cause you to be sensitive to light or it makes things blurry. When the muscles that go around your head get tight and go into pain they will also pull where they are attached to the head to give you pains there, for you that's around your temple area. To get rid of these pains and problems you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds. If any pain remains repeat this step.
Because migraines tighten up so badly they do affect other muscles in the process and some of them are the shared muscles in the neck/upper back area. if these muscles are tight and not freed up they can send the pain back up into your neck to bring the migraine back on so freeing them up as well is a good thing to do and here's how to free them up:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For both- for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

I have a possible answer, and it's related to the fact that you are on the worst medication ever created to treat hypothyroid: levothyroxine.
Levo and any other T4-only med like Synthroid does not adequately treat hypothyroid. As a result, the adrenals kick in to keep you going with adrenaline and cortisol. Then, over time, the adrenals stop producing enough cortisol because you fall into adrenal fatigue, which could also be from a now dysfunctional HPA axis (hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenals).
And being low in cortisol causes migraines and dizziness. But just in case I could be wrong in your case, see if any of these also plague you: http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/adrenal-info/...
If you recognize any other symptoms, you need to order a 24 hour adrenal saliva test. Doctors will tend to ONLY order a one time blood cortisol test, but that is very inadequate. This page will explain why: http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/adrenal-info

Yes. You can experience auras or blurred vision, vomiting, and the intense pain and sometimes dizziness can escalate into a person passing out. I have felt very near to passin out several times due to migraines.

Go see a medical doctor and also go see the eye doctor.
another thing to add is to stay hydrated . I believe allot of illnesses appear from years and years from when you where a child of not drinking enough water in your life. I follow a method where I have a small amount of sea salt that has 50+ minerals in it with every cup of water I drink which is 5 to 8 glasses a day.
here is a site that supports this thinking
Wish you well

Poor nutrition is probably the origin of many thyroid problems (including low thyroid), and rich nutrition is vital to reversing them, or at least to prevent further decline. Learn here https://tr.im/2BfaV
Healthy thyroid function depends on a range of nutrients, especially selenium, folic acid, and iodine. Since most people cannot optimize levels of these nutrients through diet alone, a medical–grade supplement is vital. Of course, supplements should be used to complement, not substitute, for a balanced diet.
Stress in all it’s forms is another key culprit of thyroid dysfunction. Most of us experience a high degree of the most damaging kind — unremitting stress. It is important for hypothyroid treatment to identify the stressors you face and learn techniques and activities that can help you reduce your stress.
