I am 18 years old , 5'1 and about 104 pounds .

    I'm trying to do the same thing I started about 6 months ago at 5'5 and 98lbs. I started eating high protein meals, increasing calorie intake per day you can find out how many calories equal a pound and go from there. I take a good multi vitamin. And there is always the ensure or boost drinks. They do work but I'm not a fan on taste. If you cant eat much at a time eat many small meals a day making sure they are high is calories and protein, lots of meats for protein. I' now at 110 so it seems to be working for me. But truthfully I don't drink the ensure stuff cause i cant take the taste. Hope this helps.

    I believe if you starve yourself until your appetite increases then you will will eat like a horse and also less activity. Don't move around so much. This is only if you want to gain a lot off fat. But if you want to gain muscle then I have no clue. Sorry.

    protein shakes, cup of milk, banana, 2 spoons of peanut butter, and some honey. NOW THAT IS A MEAL IN A CUP!
