It would be peaceful without any mean, cruel people.

It would be better not to have mean cruel people of either gender. But unfortunately, some people are mean and cruel, and it is difficult to see how one would go about eliminating the mean and cruel, especially as what constitutes mean and cruel can be a somewhat objective opinion at times. People are not always consistently either kind or cruel.

Sometimes they grow out of it, sometimes they don't. Personalities change over time, I doubt people act the same at 80 as they do at 15.

Actually it would be much more peaceful to not have any stuck up, whining, self proclaimed high maintenance princesses. The mean cruel ones can be retsrained and managed, or hell even trained right to a certain degree. Its just a matter of teaching them what is logical in the most puress sense.
