5th birthday party suggestions?

My son turns 5 next month, and I'm having trouble finding a place to have his party. We live in Indiana, but the closest city is Cincinnati, Ohio. It will likely be cold so it will have to be indoors and my apartment is too small. There will probably be less than ten kids and fifteen or so adults. I don't have a lot of money to spend and every place I can find to have it is either really expensive or far away.

Update:

Like I said, my apartment is too small. Also, everyone would have to park somewhere and we only have parking for maybe a max of six cars (and that's blocking the neighbors in...).

If we had more space, that would be a perfect idea. That's exactly what my mom did for my little sisters 5th birthday and it was a huge success.

Why not have it at home, have a party where the kids can do crafts or something..its just a party. You can do it for $50 or less with food, and games.
