Is it normal for your hcg level to double every 5 days rather than every 2-3 days?
I have been getting my hcg levels checked weekly because the ultrasound tech wasn't able to see anything on the ultrasound. They were thinking that I have may been too early in my pregnancy for it to show up. I had blood work done on 1/11 and the results were 3883 and I repeated the test on 1/17 and the results were 8998. Is this normal? Shouldn't my levels double every 2-3 days? Shouldn't they be more around 12xxx or so...? I'm a little worried at this point. due for another ultrasound in 4 days. Serious Answers Only Please. Thanks In Advance!

I went through the same thing you did..Unfortunately mine ended in miscarriage. I was low in Progesterone and the baby just wasn't growing fast enough..I lost it at around 9 weeks..But happy news, I got pregnant 3 months later and I am now 5 weeks and feeling great..Hold on mama think pregnant thoughts xxx
