I am confused and need advice?

My baby girl only receives breast milk. During the day while I work she gets pumped breast milk. When we are together she is just nursed...It is hard to get time to pump any more at work. I love to nurse, but I am not able to nurse as much as I would like to. At work I am only able to pump one time. She has alot of breast milk in the freezer. So Should I stop pumping? I am lucky if I can pump at work. I love to nurse so what should I do???? Please nice advice would b so great.

Update:

she is 4 months

I would keep pumping as much as you can. While it may seem like your freezer supply is endless it will go faster than you would think. Pumping once at work is fine. Before too long your little girl will be on solids and probably won't need as much milk while you two are apart. Also, keep in mind that in 8 short months you will be able to give her cow's milk while you are working. It may seem like a long time but it will go quickly. In the mean time you can try to sneak in extra pumping sessions while you are at home if you want to build up your stash more. Also, remember that if pumping really is not working out for you you can still nurse her every minute that you are together and let her have formula while you are apart. While it is not the ideal 100% breastmilk standard we strive for it certainly won't be the end of the world. Not pumping will affect your supply, but as long as she get to nurse when you are together you will have plenty of milk for her during those times. Mostly though I urge you to just hang in there. As mentioned before she will be on solids soon and before you know it she will be a year old and able to take cow's milk. Once she hits those two milestones you can continue to nurse for as long as you both want without worrying about pumping.

You didn't say how old she is. I would keep pumping as much/long as you can, unless she is 1 year old or close to it. If you run out of pumped milk before one year, you would have to supplement with formula. Pumping is a lot cheaper, and breastmilk is much better for your little girl than formula.

I'd just keep going as long as you can. That large supply in the freezer really won't last as long as you may think.
