i have a case in court for employment that its worth $3 million and its seems that the company im sueing they don't wanna pay because we had a meeting to settle it and he only offered $10.000 and by speaking to my lawyer he said that the company could say we don't have money to pay the $3 million and he also said the court won't force the company to pay, what can i do? and what are the legal way to get the money from them and, what will happen to the company if they say so in the future? thanks

You're not going to get 3mil from a valet service unless you had an incredibly expensive car filled with incredibly expensive stuff and they let it get destroyed. You left out the most important detail, which is what they did that made you sue them. If your lawyer tried to tell you that your case is worth 3mil, I would get a new one, because it sounds like he may just be blundering around in the dark collecting fees from you and trying to figure out how to magically get you millions of dollars that you don't deserve from people that don't have the money or aren't liable.
