Good gaming laptop brands?

I'm looking for a gaming laptop that's reasonably priced and can run PC games at high or max settings. Alienware is too expensive for me, so what are some good brands other than Alienware?

Actually, I'd say the brand doesn't really matter all that much. As long as you know what you're doing, you can customize any brand to be a good gaming laptop. I have an HP and I've yet to come across a game I can't run well.

Just get a decent amount of RAM (6GB - or more, of course) - at least a 1GB graphics card, and a good processor (i7 maybe). Most brand websites allow you to customize. So, just go through on different sites (Sony, Dell, HP, Acer, etc) and set up a few computers and pair the prices and looks and all.

You need to consider what "reasonably priced" means for a gamer laptop. Try about 1800 bucks.
