PIO card for a bulgarian girl married to indian.?

hello, i am a bulgarian girl- going to marry a indian guy. i would like to know. if i want to apply for a PIO card ,, for which visa i need to apply at the time of comin & getting married in india and/or while applying for PIO card.

    You only can apply for a PIO card once you are married. To travel to India in order to get married you will need to apply for an Entry Visa (fee: 200 Lewa) at the Indian Embassy in Sofia.
