What can I do about my tonneau cover?
I just bought a truck that came with a tonneau cover from a dealership. It has been almost 2 months and I needed to roll up the cover. When I did I found out the straps that are used to secure it were cut off by someone at the dealership or who it was lent to. It was the dealers loaner vehicle and I am guessing someone who borrowed it cut the straps.
I have no way of keeping it rolled up now and I called the dealership already. They will not replace it so what can I do because it should be in working condition after buying it.
If you are suggesting some sort of strap or tie down please indicate where I could find them.

Just buy yourself either some velcro strips that will fit around the rolled up bundle or buy some rubber tie downs..

See, if you can find out who the manufacturer of the tonneau cover is. Then you can find a lot of the manufacturers info at : http://www.truck-and-car-floor-mats.com/tonneau-co... . Then you can contact the manufacturer and see who a local distributor is who can fix your problem. Or you can do what ucantcme says and get a bungy or piece of rope or whatever to hold it shut. Just make sure whatever you use to secure the tonneau cover is strong and you securely fasten the tonneau down. You don't want it coming loose or flapping around at highway speeds.
