Is it illegal for me to sleep without a bed in a lorry?

I work delivering caravans round the UK country in a rigid lorry. I am a drivers mate and only have 1 bed in the lorry. We go up to Hull every now and again as the rigid lorry does more local trips. The bed is for the driver and i do not have a bed so have to lie across the seats. Is this illegal. If so can i have some advice about the regulations if possible. Thanks

No. As long as the vehicle is parked stationary and parked. I can sleep in my car, across the seats, if I choose. I don't see a difference with your situation. Happy dreams.
