Spiritually speaking,is being stupid grounds for a lawsuit?

Specifically the fountain woman.Who's to blame for her mis-adventure?Granted there should be action against the employee for releasing the video,firing probably.If you watch the video,and you should it's funny,she gets up quickly and walks away.It doesn't appear from the video anyone directly saw her take a dip.

Was God responsible for her misfortune?Was he trying to give the rest of us a laugh?Bad God!

    No. Ones level of intelligence cannot be the SUBJECT of a lawsuit, but it can be EVIDENCE in a lawsuit.

    thank God for THAT! Without His Grace we'd ALL be imprisoned.
