HTC Desire HD language problems.?
I have purchased a HTC Desire HD phone today. I have charged it and put in my Sim Card and turned the phone on. My phone's language is not showing in English. It is in Russian I think. I have gone into the settings and am unable to change the language to English. It is saying that I am already using English Generic. Have I been given a model that should not be on sale in Great Britain or am I doing something wrong here. I am a t-mobile monthly contract customer.

Just call the customer service and report the problem, they should be able to help.

you know you can always download a language package to install it.
