I am getting quite a bit of blocky when watching programmes such as Rizzoli and Isles and Castle. it is not when the scenes are car chases etc. It is when someone walks by slowly with say a black jacket on. The back of the black Jacket suddenly looks like it has been chopped into Black rectangle blocks. I have probably changed a setting that I should not of. I have also seen it in the latest promo on sky about the upcoming 2nd Rugby Union test between The Lions and Australia when it has a close up of a Lions Player kicking up mud on the way to scoring a try. I am a SKy HD Subscriber. Any advice would be welcome as it sticks out like a sore thumb.

I am trying to transfer my music albums from my Laptop to my Mobile Handset. I did not get a disk in the box when I purchased the phone. Do I need a disc, if not how do I transfer the tunes across please. It it using WIFI or maybe bluetooth. I am a bit of a technophobe I am afraid to say. My laptop is an Acer Aspire 5920. I have purchased a HTC Desire HD phone today. I have charged it and put in my Sim Card and turned the phone on. My phone's language is not showing in English. It is in Russian I think. I have gone into the settings and am unable to change the language to English. It is saying that I am already using English Generic. Have I been given a model that should not be on sale in Great Britain or am I doing something wrong here. I am a t-mobile monthly contract customer.

I am due to fly to Boston, Mass from Heathrow Airport on Saturday September 4th. I know that there is liable to be strike action in August that could close the airport down for it's duration. My question is will the union be able to call another strike for the first weekend in September or have they got to vote again for industrial action under British Law. I am a current sky digital subscriber and have a Mesh Mini dish on my flat. I am having Sky Plus HD installed by a Sky engineer on Monday. The installer will have to connect something to my existing dish that I have had for 8 years. And run a cable on the outer wall. I cannot find my planning permission letter from the council from 8 years ago. Will this be asked to be seen by the engineer or will he just do the work. I have not got a clue where the letter is or if I still have it even.

My friend has 2 convictions one for assault and one for harrassment. He recieved a non custodial sentence under british law. He was given a five year order to stay away from someone. The five year period is due to end soon. Will my friend recieve a letter or a phonecall from the authorities informing him that the five year period is now over.

3 times now an ex friend of mine has tried unsuccessfully to harass me about my decision to end our friendship. So far I have been lucky and avoided him. Twice at my home and now once at work. This person has 2 convictions one for assault and one for harassment He has not been given a custodial sentence either time. Whilst I understand that he has not broken British law in regards to his attempts to harass me, my concern is that last time he did and the person refused to back down he assaulted them. He will catch up with me eventually. Do you think I should tell the police about what has been happening. Or will they not be interested, should I wait till he has either threatened me or worse. I have booked a holiday through Trailfinders. Departing London on October 4th returning on Sunday October 25th. My flight time returning to London from Cape town with British Airways as now been changed to a later time. This means that I will not be back in time for work anymore. I may need to cancel my trip. Does anyone know if there is a cancellation charge with trailfinders.
