RETAINER?!?!?! teeth moving?!? (please answer)!?
i didnt wear my Retainer for like.. 1 month. give or take a few weeks. I got my braces off in August and wore my retainer every day/night up until the middle of decemeber when i started to forget. Soo i noticed little gaps coming back in between my teeth, and i was wondering if my teeth will move back now that im wearing it again? the gaps are big just little ones. my retainer still fits its just very tight. Thanks!

If you start to wear your retainer regularly again they will move back to where they were before. Once the retainer stops feeling tight when you put it in, that is when they should be almost back to how they were before.

ya the retainer will help to move the teeth in there previous position.
wear the retainer all the time for 6 months and then only night wear for next 6 months.

Your teeth will move slightly - that's what the retainer is for: to keep them in line.
This site has an answer about the retainers - the answer is 'for life' !

They will move a little. Just wear it all day everyday this week, before you go back to only night.
