could i be pregnant if not i could use a bit of guidence?
im due my period on 24th jan, i havent been feeling myself feeling quesy and a bit tired very sore headaches for the past week i took a pregnancy test yesterday( one that says you can take it 4 days before period) but it came up neg ive also been getting whats like cramping but very severe ! i have a 28 day cycle and had regular intercourse on the 9 10 11 12 13 14 and 15 day of my cylce ? does anyone have any tips on falling pregnant ? i already have one child whos three and would love a bro or sis for him thanks !

Chart your ovulation!
that 14 day stuff is not true! every woman's cycle is different... you may ovulate on the 16th day or the 11th day! you will not know until you chart.

Wait and test a day or so after the 24th, if your period does not come. The best thing you can do is chart your cycle, and know when you are ovulating. You typically ovulate 14 days BEFORE your next period. Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com/ to input your cycle information and start keeping track of your periods. This will help you determine when you're ovulating, and when the best days to have sex are. Good luck!! â¥

If your period does come on the 24th, count 14 days from that day and that will be your ovulation day, your best chance at pregnancy. You want to have sex a day or two before then as well.
