With the universe so vast do you think that every scifi and fantasy movie could be real out there?

Nope.

Many sci-fi's and fantasies contradict each other.

Example -- in the Doctor Who, Star Wars, and Star Trek universes, there are aliens.

In the Red Dwarf and Firefly universes, only humans exist.

And are fairies the cute little tinkling things from Peter Pan, or the nasty biting pests in Labyrinth? Are dragons our friends, like in Eragon, our pets, like in How to Train Your Dragon, or a scourge on the earth, like in Reign of Fire?

Are robots useful -- Star Wars, Wall-E --, struggling with their perceived inner humanity -- Blade Runner, A.I. --, or out to destroy or otherwise enslave humankind -- Terminator, The Matrix?

Not even close. Too many movies are based on bad science or no science whatsoever!
