What to story this title?

The MC gets hurt emotionally in eleven different ways. November is in the fall, and fall symbolizes...well...a lot of things, but for me it can mean decay and pain, heading towards the end. Of course this story would take place during November...and end on the last day of the month.

Start out the story about a person who builds the story from the beginning of the year, in a creative endeavor, in which, is time framed up to November, (from Jan. to November, and or it could be a love story, which builds up through those months. It could be a story of a person creating through thought, and manifests something different each month, or how about this: A family who finds a dog at their door steps and pregnant, thus, having Eleven puppies! Then go into detail how they are all different but ALL alike, being they are all full of Love! Pretty Good, uh? Good Luck

I see a story involving 11 days in Nov, with changes that happen in the characters life rapidly. Starting with the strong happy feelings of the season and moving into a deep drama all in the same seating and time frame.
