I'm doing some research for a disaster story and I'm trying to find out what hospitals do to treat a severely dehydrated infant. All the medical sites I can find just say "Call 911", but what if there IS no 911? Do hospitals just give special fluids intravenously, or are there other methods they use as well? I hope somebody can help me out!

I'd like to read some fiction taking place in a circus or carnival-- not a factual, accurate, modern-day circus, but the idealized dramatic circus with "freaks" and such. I'm looking for something on the glamorous side of macabre, so not too dark. Something similar to "Freaks: Alive, on the Inside!" by Annette Curtis Klause or A Series of Unfortunate Events- The Carnivorous Carnival, but I'd rather the story stay focused on the circus/carnival the whole time. Anyone know something like this? Thanks in advance for any suggestions you can give me!

There is a Christian music video where there is a man chained and the more he pulls at the chains the tighter they become. It's only when he lets go that the chains fall away... I can not for the life of me remember the name of the band or the name of the song! Help!

Lately I've really been craving sausages... all kinds. Hot dogs, bratwurst, turkey links, veggie dogs. I went to the doctor and he said it's rooted in a psychological desire.. but what??? What do you think I really want?

Look at all the names for father: Dad, Papa, Pops, Daddy, Father, Padre... ok now look at the words for mother: Mom, Mommy, Mama, Mother, Madre... why do "Dad" names start with like three different letters but "Mom" names like universally start with "M"???? Are there some non-m mom names I'm missing? Am I the only one who finds this vaguely annoying?

PS Who else hates the minimum question length?

Hypothetically: If somebody handed you a magic pill and said, "this will make you look just how you want to look, but it will change your favorite part of your personality."... would you take the pill?

I just signed up with YouTube (obviously) and my main reason was that I want to make music videos using the Sims 2. The problem is, I read on their terms of use or whatever that you're not supposed to use audio tracks you didn't create. But there's like 72,000 sims 2 music videos on the site!! So is it allowed, or not?

My best guy friend just got a new girlfriend. I found out through mutual friends that this girl is doing drugs, and I know my best friend wouldn't like that. So that makes me think I should tell him. The problem is, it's really just gossip (although the person who told me has never lied to me before, or been wrong).

I am also a little afraid that he will think I'm just saying this to make them break up. Should I tell him my suspicions, or clam up and see what happens? Thanks in advance for thoughtful answers.

Okay I heard this song on the radio today. It wasn't really the best music I'd ever heard or anything, but it was EXACTLY how I've been feeling... anyway, it was a guy singing and the chorus went, "Don't wanna be your friend no more..." something about not wanting to stand aside when she says she's in love with someone new, not wanting to pretend he doesn't want to kiss her or something... I've done all the obvious things like Googled it and searched the iTunes store. PLEEEASE help thanx a bunch!
