what do i need to look in order to reach my other house 300 feet away?
i need to reach my another house , it's only 200 feet away but there are trees and walls. i said 300 feet for a good strong connect.

Are you talking about a WiFi connection and using a router? If so, a standard G router should easily reach 300 feet. But if you wish to have a solid 100% connection over that distance, I would go with an N router just to be safe.
Source(s): I have a Netgear wireless G router inside my house, and I have personally experienced that it will reach about 0.4 miles down the road before it loses connection completely. An N router should easily double that I would think - Anonymous1 decade ago
If you are talking about wireless networking, provided there isn't anything in the way with a lot of steel in it, A good wireless-N router and USB Wireless-N adapter should work OK. More information would help a lot.
