I have no idea about guitars however am looking for one to buy.?

which one is better and is it any good and please if you could recommend any good ones to buy for a beginner

    save your cash and get a decent brand,they both sound cheap and nasty!

    I'm not really sure about acoustic, but I do have slight experience with electrics.

    I would suggest, for a beginner, an Ibanez. The sound quality is good, but they aren't nearly as expensive as higher quality brands like Fender or Gibson.
