What can you do on a person's birthday that's really embarrasing?

My grandmother's turning 70. Any ideas?

    I wouldn't embarrass my poor old Grannie! But I would play a trick on her. I would get her a small gift in a box and wrap it and put it in a slightly bigger box and wrap it again and then put that in an even bigger box and wrap and so on until its a huge box and watch the laughs from the crowd as she keep "unwrapping" her present!
