ok i ve been trying to concieve on and off for about a year but the past 6 mths we have tried really hard! taking the pre conception tablets hes taking zinc , being having regular intercourse around time of ovaltion ive even starting charting and have a usual 28 day i was due my period yesterday it hasnt came yet (though getting that cramping pain) i took a test 3 days prior that showed negative im wondering should i take another one ? or is that likely to come up negative too
i already have a son whos 3yrs (his father skipped out on him when he was born and my other have has adopted him but we would really like another baby im just hoping not theres nothing wrong with him any adice for men trying to concoeve as well?

Some tests dont show a positive reading until you are a week or so late, (my sister was almost a month late before it showed positive). As for the cramps dont lose to much heart I experianced period like cramps throughout all 3 of my pregnancies at the same time of the month my period would have been due...
Other option is attend a family planning clinic or doctors and they can take blood tests to determine if you are or not but I do think you might want to give it a weeks or so.
