Is our lives Pre-arranged? If Jesus already knows what we are going to do before we know it, why are we here?
Jesus knew ahead of time that Peter would deny him three times, of knowing him. Jesus also knew and told Peter in details, how he would die in his old years. Jesus also knew that Judas would betray him and let John his disciple know!! So we know God knows everything and he even knows what decisions we are going to make before we even know! He knows our future!!!
Then why are we here if he knows the ending to everything??? Can we change anything??? Is our lives Pre arranged???

1) God knows the end from the beginning - Isa 46:10
2) There is something called predestination - God knows who is going to overcome (Rom 8:29, 30, Eph 1:5, 1:11)
3) We do not know who is predestined.
Since ALL MEN will be saved (1 Tim 4:10) it is good to put in a bit of effort so that it will be easy at the time of judgment! Even if we are not the predestined ones, we may not be put to shame!

That IS the reason for you to learn, investigate and become acquinted with God, so He knows you.
Jesus knew ahead of time that Peter would deny him three times = He ALSO knew he was going to receive the Keys of the Kingdom. Ultimately, it was up to Peter to show his heart.
Jesus also knew that Judas would betray him = That is the reason He said "The Son of Man has to be delivered to the Jews, but Wow of the man that does it". Judas had a chance and his heart diod not want to do it. Jesus would not force you or me or anybody to do anything.
God knows everything = Yes, that is true. WE do not know all the varuables to one single proposition though. We only solve up to equations of the 4th grade. He does better than that. For one reality in time, He knows ALL the possible combinations that reality can bring. You can only know one.

Yes, we can create our own future because we are made in His image and we share the same divine nature as God. The fact that God knows everything from beginning to end doesn't necessarily mean He has pre-arranged everything - to me, I see it as He is all-knowing and nothing catches Him by surprise.
David, for example, has a revelation of how intimately the Lord knew his life, even his innermost thoughts. Yet he saw the loving heart of God, and he felt so loved and watched over by Someone who is in control.
"O Lord, you have searched me and known me. You know my sitting down and my rising up; you understand my thought afar off...
How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand; when I awake, I am still with You."
(Psalm 139:1-2; 17-18)

troy j and Skeith's arguments are flawed.
They're both comparing God to a non-omnipotent being.
God's being omnipotent throws that whole argument out the window, because he COULD stop it if he wants to. He doesn't because he doesn't want to. So it happened because he wanted it to.
Either way, it was his choice if you really think about it.
anonymous's argument is also flawed, you don't KNOW for sure what your friends and family do until they do it, whereas God is supposed to.
I hope that you learn something from this. Christianity does come into conflict with itself very often. The contradiction here is that there cannot be freewill if God is both omnipotent and omniscient (or even omnipresent).

Jesus gave those prophecies by revelation from God. Otherwise, he does not know more. At present he is with God and does not run any of human affairs.
God knows all that you mentioned. However, knowing is one thing and making one do what one does is something else. I will give you an example. You know your son very well because you have raised him and you know his habits and nature. You ask him to go and do something for you and you say he will do it wrong. Then he does it wrong. This is a sign that you know your son perfectly well. God knows His creatures more than you know your son. However, in the example and in life generally human will is free, so he or she is responsible for actions committed by them. Your life is not prearranged. God gave you guidance of what is good and what is bad but left it to you to perform in this life. Otherwise you will not be accountable.

God knows what will happen but there are different paths that you can take along your life and each path will lead to new paths where the "road" splits and you get to chose which way you will go so no its not pre arranged. God just knows EVERY single posibility that might happen depending on which road you chose.

life is not per-arranged how you can be sure
the most intelligent animal in the world is man but s/he can not guess what will happen next
life is trying its best to survive and trying for eternal also
to live for eternal is the man's dream and tried to make sense through religions but still it is far from facts though the believers faith getting firm by quoting from religious books.
If god is so sure about the future life's meaning and activities are meaning less, your are right
lets strive for the truth

These are the kinds of myths that show up in just about every culture, but the fact is we don't even have proof of Jesus existing because the first writings about him weren't till more than 40 years after his alleged death.
I believe there is a higher power, I just don't believe in predestination or fate... we have choices.
This is very evident in life. Look at people who act responsibly and work hard-- they usually have a much better situation than people who screw up time and time again.
Look at people who screw up, then get responsible and change, and turn their lives around.
If life were predestined, it wouldn't matter what we do. Nothing could change things for us.

Because he knows our hearts. Peter made his own decisions. So did Judas. God knows everything but we are not robots. We choose what we do.

It is said in the Bible that we are here to amuse God. That's paraphrased of course, but it just means that we are here because God wants us to be here and thats pretty much all we can guess.
