Of course the sun, but look out for Vitamin D fortified foods- I get a soy milk which is enriched with Vitamin D.

Fabulous sunlight, you only need about 20 minutes a day, without sunscreen to get the required amount, good luck

Sunshine, 15 minutes a day! (Even indirect sunlight works, they say.) :)
Also, I just found this link on it, and I like it, it really showed me what could go wrong without vitamin D......
Ditto on the fortified soy milk.

Vit D mostly come from being exposed to sunlight.
If you are still low talk to your doc about taking a Vit D suppliment.
