No, the magnets should not lose magnetism over time.
The magnetic power applies a force to other magnets but the magnetism itself supplies no energy.
Magnets do not normally lose magnetism over time. They tend to lose magnetism once when the magnetizing field is removed.
If the magnet is maintained in a closed magnetic circuit it can hold a higher amount of magnetism that is lost once and once only when that circuit is broken.
The repeated application and removal of small variations in magnetic field are irrelevant.

Yes, It is getting weaker over the time, when I was a kid I was playing with magnet, after a while, magnet power would be coming less and less over the time, I was not using it though, I was playing with it.This is more correct, especially if the magnet is not very powerful magnet.
