georgia income tax return?

my fiance filed her state income tax returns and the moneys was direct deposited into her checking account on friday the 21 st of janurary. she looked on her account this morning and they have extracted it from her account she calls and thay say its a system error give them 7 to 10 days to put it back and she had made the house payment, power bill ,, water bill , etc. so who takes care of the over draft fees that will occur ? anyone have any answers or some telephone numbers we can call to see what we can do ? any help please ????

yes she waited for it to clear. it went from pending to clear yesterday and when she called the bank they said it cleared and it was ecactly 45 minutes after it cleard they took it back ,

    It happened to everybody that got their refund this weekend. Ga DOR says its a glitch. The girl I talked to said to fax a letter to 404-417-4391 stating your problem and why you believe the DOR should reimburse you for bank fees, along with a statement from your bank to prove the charges, and that the DOR should refund you the fees.

    This is a error by the Georgia Dept of Revenue. They put the money into our accounts and just took them out because of a computer error. Here is a link to the investigation by the local news. http://www.smartmoney.com/news/on/?story=on-201101...

    Did she wait for the check to completely clear before paying bills?

    Did she wait the full 3 days it takes for checks to clear???
