How do you run or install Windows XP in Spanish?
I have a laptop my friend wants to send to Mexico. He wants the o.s. to be completely in Spanish. How would I do this? Do I need to obtain a Spanish version of Windows XP? Or can this simply be done through the "Regional and Language Options" of XP?

You need to purchase either a Spanish version of Windows XP, or you need to purchase a multi language version of Windows XP, which is in English by default, but which comes with other languages on CD as well which you can add to the installation.

If you don't want to buy XP in spanish, just install it in english and install the Spanish Language Interface Pack.
